What does that mean?  We make handmade soap that agrees you’re your skin.  Commercial soap has harmful irritants that can dry out the skin and cause the skin to itch.  These are warning signs alerting you that something is not in agreement with your skin.  I have carefully formulated each recipe with proper balance, hydration and absorption in mind.  As a naturopathic practitioner and a chronic sufferer or eczema, I wanted to find something that was mild enough for my skin and body.

 The soaps are made in small batches to ensure the quality of each batch with pure essential oils.  Every bar is handmade and cut or molded and wrapped uniquely.  No two bars are identical. We have found creative packaging and each bar takes on a different characteristic.  For our elegant soaps we have premium packaging and for the naturalist or the homemade enthusiasts, we have earth friendly packaging as well as unique and zany packaging. During peak times, soap may take longer for the curing process.   We try to keep as many scents available and on hand.  Most shipments can be sent out in 24 to 48 hours.  There may be delays around the holidays, so please call for confirmation.

So what do we use that makes us so different.  We use a high concentration of Shea Butter, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Jojoba Oil,  Mango Butter, Avocado Oil, Palm Kernel Oil.  Most products on the market that claim to be a Shea butter product generally has about 3 to 5% shea butter as an ingredient.  In our products Shea butter is the base which means the main ingredient in our products are all natural unrefined shea butter.

My soap is made with lots of Shea Butter and/or Olive Oil!  It is great for sensitive or allergy prone skin.  Since allergy and sensitive skin is dry, it moisturizes and hydrates the skin without leaving a film on your skin because it penetrates to the dermis underneath the skin.
